Replica Fitouts was founded by Matthew Mansfield in 2012 following several years of Project Management for other firms and over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry. Replica Fitouts is a boutique firm delivering high quality projects, whatever the budget, for clients wanting a one-stop fitout solution. We offer Project Management Australia-wide, with a proven track record of conducting works with quality, reliable sub-contractors.

Matthew Mansfield – Director

As a qualified carpenter with experience in the residential sector specialising in architectural renovations & extensions and with a Commercial Builders License [Limited] in Tasmania, Matt commenced Replica Fitouts towards the end of 2012 after several years of Project Management in the commercial sector working on major fitouts Australia wide.

Wendy Bellamy – Interior Designer

Wendy joined the team in 2013. With a passion and eye for Interior Design, Wendy works closely with the client to provide the best possible outcome for the workplace environment helping to define their own sense of style and working within budget.
